The American Waitstaff Academy was conceived in October 20, 2003. We actually published our first handbook in June 2003. Our goal is to transform the service industry from its current Modus Operandi of mediocrity, indifference, insolent and obnoxious behavior to a by-gone era of when the customer was always right, always serviced with the utmost respect and professionalism. We feel this can only be achieved by raising the awareness of the incoming generations and using the same scrutinous criteria and prerequisite of Victorian era shopkeeper's diction and enunciation, professional appearance and demeanor, attention to detail and an unwavering committment to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction achievable.
